Samuel Dean always seeks to hire talented roofing and sheet metal installers looking for an opportunity to begin or continue their career in commercial roofing. In addition to competitive wage rates, we offer medical/dental benefits, bonus pay on certain projects and installation types, and time off options. Samuel Dean currently seeks personnel for the following positions:
Roofing Mechanic
Capable of installing low-slope modified, built-up, and single-ply roofing systems. Duties include applying membranes, ensuring watertight flashing applications, and supervising labor crews. We pay premium rates for NRCA CERTA Torch Operator licensed individuals with experience.
Roofing Laborer
Capable of assisting in the installation of low-slope modified, built-up, and single-ply roofing systems. Duties include (but are not limited to) assisting in application of membranes, transporting and loading materials, housekeeping and general job site maintenance.
Sheet Metal Mechanic
Capable of installing ANSI/SPRI ES-1 and SMACNA compliant metal flashing details. Duties include metal flashing and trim installation, and installation of metal roof, wall and soffit panel systems.
Sheet Metal Laborer
Capable of assisting in the installation of sheet metal flashing details, metal roof, wall and soffit installation. Duties include assisting sheet metal mechanics during install, transporting and loading of materials, housekeeping and general job site maintenance.
Support Personnel
Samuel Dean employs a number of support personnel including material drivers, lift operators, etc. Experience and certification necessary.
